Back in May, 2014, one of the most destructive San Diego wildfires, the Poinsettia Fire, blazed a path across 600 acres of land, causing more than $22.5 million in damages.

Combat Center holds CFC Kickoff BreakfastThe Combined Federal Campaign Kickoff Breakfast was held at the Officers’ Club, Oct. 15. The CFC was put into effect in 1961 when President John F. Kennedy signed the fundraiser into law as an executive order. Every year the campaign starts on Sept. 1 and ends on Dec. 15.
