NEW HAVEN, Conn., - Cmdr. Holly Najarian, the deputy commander of Sector Long Island Sound, New Haven, Conn., discusses the change in port condition for the Port of Long Island Sound and Connecticut. The Port's status changed to Zulu in anticipation of Hurricane Sandy's arrival, which will bring gale force winds to the area. U.S. Coast Guard audio by Lt. Jeff Janaro.
