LEAD: The Holidays can be a tough time for anyone. In the military, you’re often far from home and sometimes even on your own and away from any family. But it isn’t just the service members who have it rough. Staff Sergeant Jaime Ciciora (Sih-Kor-ah) reports from Luke Air Force Base, Arizona, where one family is preparing for the holidays without Daddy.
