Baker, chief of Voluntary Education Programs at Military Community and Family Policy, was a guest for a DoDLive Bloggers Roundtable on Monday, Dec. 10, to discuss the memorandum and how it increases protections to services members; strengthens oversight, enforcement and accountability; and provides guidelines for educational institutions receiving military tuition assistance funding.
