Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle, along with federal and state delagates, state and national support agencies and military Reserve component branch chiefs, signed a Wisconsin Military-Community Covenant during a Wisconsin Army National Guard sendoff ceremony at the Alliant Energy Center, Madison, Wis., Feb. 17, 2009 . This covenant pledges support in a joint effort between military and civilian agencies to provide support and care for all Wisconsin's service members and their families. Produced by Master Sgt.
