KABUL, Afghanistan - In separate incidents, two International Security Assistance Force service members were killed as result of enemy activity in southern and eastern Afghanistan, in the last 24 hours.
An ISAF service member was killed in an improvised explosive device attack in southern Afghanistan, Oct. 1.
Today, a U.S. service member died of wounds sustained in a grenade attack in eastern Afghanistan.
Further details are being withheld until next-of-kin notification has been made.
