Lt. Col. Darren Werner, the commander of the 4th Support Battalion, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division-Baghdad, passes the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment guideon to its new commander, Capt. Juan R. Santiago Jr., July 26, 2008, at Forward Operating Base Falcon in southern Baghdad. Santiago previously commanded Battery A, 4th Battalion, 42nd Field Artillery Regiment, 1st BCT, 4th Inf. Div., MND-B. The "Straight Arrows" Battalion is currently serving a 15-month deployment attached to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, at FOB Prosperity central Baghdad.
