Iraqi deputy minister of education, Dr. Nihad Aljbouri, congratulates a releasee following a special release ceremony for 100 Iraqi detainees at Camp Cropper, Iraq, Jan. 24. The release ceremony was a continuation of ongoing efforts by the government of Iraq and coalition forces working together to foster goodwill and reconciliation while ensuring individuals are only released when they are deemed to no longer be an imperative threat to Iraqi and coalition forces and the security of Iraq.
