Staff Sgt. William Lloyd, 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron construction inspector, is the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing's Tuskegee Airman of the Week for Nov. 1-7, 2009. Among his distinctive accomplishments, Sergeant Lloyd inspected 18 projects totaling $50 million -- improving quality of life and mission effectiveness.
