Workers at the National Guard Bureau in Crystal City, Va., held a moment of remembrance at noon Nov. 6 for the victims of the shooting at Fort Hood, Texas. "The thoughts and prayers of the National Guard are with Fort Hood Soldiers, their families and the local community today," wrote Air Force Gen. Craig McKinley, the chief of the NGB.
