Spc. Anthony Powell, an Augusta, Ga. native, takes the oath of enlistment from 1st Lt. Anthony Altieri, a native of Rochester, N.Y. Powell was serving his initial enlistment and on his first ever deployment to a combat zone when he decided to reenlist. During his reenlistment ceremony, he said he hopes to serve at least twenty years.
