Spc. John Rosa, tuba player with the 257th Army band "Band of the Nations Capitol" polishes his tuba in preparation for playing at Presidential Inaugural Ball, Jan. 20, located at the D.C. National Guard Armory. This is the first time in history that a National Guard Band has been asked to play at such an event. "This type of honor is usually reserved for the 4 premiere active duty Army bands," said Rosa. "It is an honor to be selected."
