Tech. Sgt. Scott Bruso flips through legal papers at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Dec. 30, 2008. Bruso, the non-commissioned officer in charge of military justice, was drafting, reviewing and assembling a legal package for review by the Army's 3rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary.) Bruso is assigned to the 732nd Expeditionary Support Squadron in a joint expeditionary tasking. He is a native of Hillsboro, Ore., deployed from Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.
