On Saturday Dec 1 at 1000 The US Navy will commission the newest ship in the fleet. The USS Thomas Hudner (DDG116) will be commissioned in Boston Massachusetts. DDG 116 is named after Thomas Hudner a medal of honor recipient for his actions as a Naval Aviator in the battle for the Chosin Reservoir during the Korean War. The ship will be brought to life by sponsors Georgia Hudner and Barbara Miller.
