On Saturday Nov 17, the United States Navy will commission USS Sioux City: LCS11 as the newest ship in the fleet. Mrs Mary Winnefeld the ships sponsor will bring the ship to life. The ship is being commissioned aboard the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis Maryland November 17th at 9am.
