So 00:41.942 --> 00:43.830 they're here uh along with senior 00:43.830 --> 00:46.355 members of the US O team uh who are 00:46.366 --> 00:48.644 here to kind of support them and , and , 00:48.644 --> 00:50.945 and educate them about what we do . They're passionate about it , 01:50.053 --> 01:52.220 but they're also really smart about it 01:52.220 --> 01:54.276 and they know how to do it .
