Connelly Culinary Competition at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Feb. 18, 2026. The Philip A. Connelly Program, established in 1968, recognizes excellence in Army food service operations and highlights the critical role culinary specialists play in sustaining Soldier readiness and warfighter capability.
