WASHINGTON — Members of the U.S. Army Parachute Team, the Golden Knights, parachute onto the South Lawn of the White House during a ceremony commemorating the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday, June 13, 2025. The demonstration jump honored 250 years of Army service and sacrifice, marking the nation’s oldest military service with a visible symbol of precision, discipline and trust. As aerial ambassadors for the Army, the Golden Knights helped commemorate the milestone anniversary by showcasing the professionalism and commitment of Soldiers who have served the nation since 1775.
