U.S. Navy Capt. Arthur Wiggins, from Virginia, wing chaplain of the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, retirement ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Nov. 21, 2025. In April of 2004, Wiggins commissioned as a Lieutenant, in the Navy Chaplain Corps after previously serving 14 years in the Marine Corps.
