    U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Cameron Ganczak, an inventory management specialist with 2nd Combat Readiness Regiment, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, conducts an interview after participating in the final individual performance assessment of a 12-week fitness program designed by the 2nd MLG Human Performance Center at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Oct. 17, 2025. As part of the fourth cohort to complete the program, Ganczak highlights the resources and training plans provided through the HPC to develop more combat capable warfighters. The 12-week fitness initiative consists of structured physical training and instructional sessions aimed at advancing all domains of Marine Corps Total Fitness for Marines and Sailors.
