Eighth Army continues its Week of the NCO by commemorating Kim Jong-Wook, a former Korean Augmentation to The U.S. Army Soldier (KATUSA) with the 2nd Infantry Division. Kim, as the chairman of the Korean Defense Veterans Association, has led key initiatives fortifying ROK-U.S. ties, such as organizing the KATUSA Verbal Wall of Remembrance Ceremony in 2016 in Washington, D.C.
