The Northeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group is an Army Reserve brigade-level command that supports medical units throughout the northeastern United States. Headquartered at Fort Wadsworth in Staten Island, New York, NE-MARSG functions as the operational arm of the Army Reserve Medical Command for the Northeast Region. On Sept. 12, 2025, NE-MARSG conducted rifle zero training on ASA Fort Dix Range 33 as a prerequisite to rifle qualification.
