Last week, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District marked a defining moment in its proud history. As the cornerstone of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division and a premier district within U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Headquarters during a heartfelt Change of Command ceremony, we bid farewell to Col. Jeremy Chapman, whose leadership, dedication, and vision have shaped our mission and impact.
Now we look ahead with strength and purpose as we welcome Col. Kelcey Shaw into command. With fresh perspective and a continued commitment to excellence, Col. Shaw begins the next chapter of the Mobile District’s journey.
As both commanders reflect on the District’s legacy, we remain anchored in service and driven to deliver for our nation.
