The New England District honors and remembers the price of freedom men and women have given with their lives for the protection of our great Nation and preservation of its ideals.
President Franklin Roosevelt said, “Those who have long enjoyed such privileges as we enjoy, forget in time that men have died to win them.” Today we remember. We remember that the cost of freedom is not free. That the sacrifice these men and women make, means families have lost a father or mother, husband or wife, son or daughter, brother or sister.
