Members of the District of Columbia Army National Guard’s Det 2, G Co, 2-104th GSAB (General Support Aviation Battalion), also known as “District Dustoff” conduct 9-Line MEDEVAC training with the U.S. Marines with Alpha Co. 1-25, The Basic School (TBS), during a War FEX at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA, on April 23, 2025. The Marine Corps Basic School field exercise tested the timely and effective movement and care for new commissioned or appointed officers that require medical transport using medically equipped UH-60L Black Hawks. These simulated combat exercises evaluate a unit’s ability to execute various tasks under pressure and are designed to enhance duties, responsibilities, war fighting skills and joint readiness.
