The Association of Naval Services Officers held their annual Western Region Symposium in San Diego, California, Dec. 5-7, 2023. ANSO’s annual program consists of working-level symposia co-located with local chapters. ANSO fosters the personal growth and professional development of officers and enlisted personnel by providing members with career management support and one-on-one mentoring sessions with senior officers and senior enlisted members who volunteer their time. ANSO is a non-federal entity wholly independent of the Marine Corps.
