Marine Corps Base Hawaii Environmental Compliance and Protection Division staff and University of Hawaii at Manoa researchers band fledgling wedge-tailed shearwater birds at Nuupia Ponds Wildlife Management Area, MCBH, Oct. 27, 2023.
