Army Reserve observer-controller-trainers from the Medical Readiness Training Command led Army Reserve medical professionals from various unit through patient care scenarios using the Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient, or Team STEPP training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota. The OCT's monitored the Soldiers from behind two-way mirrors as they learned to communicate with each other with the standard vocabulary and procedures in the Team STEPP program.
