Soldiers assigned to the 221st Quartermaster Company, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade participated in the 55th annual Phillip A. Connelly Program awards competition, where they competed against, not just other companies in the Army but also against companies from across all branches of the military. The team took home the trophy for their work in the field environment. The Philip A. Connelly Program is the personification of food service excellence executed by culinary specialists resulting in the presentation of extremely gratifying dining experiences across all Army food service platforms in garrison and field environments.
