Amn Destiny Beautiful Bald Eagle, a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and the 319th Comptroller Squadron, performed as the head woman dancer at the Time Out Wacipi Powwow held April 21-22, 2023, at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Beautiful Bald Eagle was honored as the head woman dancer for the event and shared where her passion for dancing originated, as well as what it means to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps.
