An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter aircrew, from Coast Guard Sector San Diego, medically evacuate passengers off of two separate cruise ships off the coast of Southern California, April 29, 2023. The aircrew spent 7.2 hours of flight time and another aircrew conducted four separate medical evacuations off of three different cruise ships in less than a 24-hour period.
