Personnel from U.S. Marine Forces Europe and Africa, AFN Stuttgart, and U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart volunteered their time in a community service event for senior citizens, which the First Lady of Stuttgart, Gudrun Nopper, hosts every other month. The event was part of the AFN Stuttgart Volunteer Program and Single Soldier Initiative Marines in partnership with U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart community outreach program helping to build stronger relationships with partner cities. Nopper explains the purpose of the event. Marine Master Sgt. Andrew Wentworth, Marines Forces Europe and Africa Headquarters Company acting first sergeant, shared his experience.
