U.S. Marines with Battalion Landing Team 1/6, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit, conduct raid rehearsals on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Feb. 3, 2023. The motorized infantry raid was the culminating event for MEUEX II, following Amphibious Squadron/Marine Expeditionary Unit Integration Training (PMINT). The amphibious raid integrated multiple elements of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) with live-fire events and showcased the MEU’s ability to conduct ship-to-shore maneuver and secure a beach landing site.
