The Boise Fire Department conducted hoist training with the Idaho Army National Guard's state aviation group and their Black Hawk UH-60 helicopters Nov. 3rd, 2022, and throughout the week to facilitate future readiness for domestic rescue operations. The Boise Fire Department's Swiftwater/Dive Rescue Team joins the Idaho Army National Guard biannually for helicopter hoist training. (U.S. National Guard video by Master Sgt. Becky Vanshur)
