Part of the growing Fort Wainwright City Center, the $37 million Community Activity Center will be located near the Commissary, Exchange, Physical Fitness Center and future Aquatics Center, and Hotel. The 40,000 square foot facility will provide a year-round indoor and multi-functioning family spaces, family fitness areas and toddler play areas. The CAC, estimated to be completed in Spring of 2024, will also feature electronic and traditional gaming with multi sport simulators, virtual reality, foosball and pool tables, an outdoor patio for summer, party rooms, full food and beverage operations and 16 lanes of modern bowling.
