8th Security Forces Squadron military working dog (MWD) handlers and MWDs boarded a CH-47 Chinook helicopter, assigned to U.S. Army Bravo Company, 3-2 General Support Aviation Battalion, out of Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea, during a K-9 medical evacuation training event at Kunsan Air Base, ROK, April 26, 2022. The handlers gradually exposed the MWDs to the helicopters to familiarize them with the noises and vibrations to reduce their anxiety while flying.
