Community partners meet on the flightline at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, Nov. 8, 2021, to recognize a new service being provided through an historic Blanket Intergovernmental Support Agreement between Joint Base San Antonio and the Alamo Area Council of Governments. Through that partnership, and the resulting task order with the City of Schertz, Texas, people at JBSA-Randolph will be able to access medical care faster. Brig. Gen. Caroline M. Miller, commander, 502d Air Base Wing and JBSA; Ralph Gutierrez, mayor of Schertz; and Diane Rath, AACOG executive director provided a brief message about the importance of this agreement.
