Task Force Bliss provides quality educational experiences for over 50,000 Afghan guest at the Doña Ana Complex preparing them for successful integration into the United States. This Department of Defense sponsored task force, administered through U.S. Northern Command, in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security, quickly provides transportation, temporary housing, medical screening, and general support for the Afghan guest at suitable facilities.
