The 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team conducted several multinational exercises on Sept. 21-28 in Cincu, Romania with the Romanian, Polish and Portuguese military forces. The training events consisted of a live fire of Bradleys and Pythons, engaging with key leaders, interrogating enemy prisoners of war, reacting to enemy contact and evacuating medical casualties. Allies and partners are key to the U.S. Army’s overall strength, the 1-16th Infantry Regiment builds and sustains strong relationships, and promotes multinational military interoperability and capacity building.
