Sustaining unit readiness is a top priority within the 807th MC (DS). Therefore, the commands logistics staff (G-4 Operations) conducts a Logistics Readiness Boot camp (LRB) on Aug. 23-27, 2021 at the Western Training Regional Center in Ogden, Utah.
The LRB provides a venue for soldiers from subordinate Medical Brigades (MED BDE), Battalions, and priority unit S-4 Logistics staff to communicate and understand with the G-4. LRBs increase cohesion, synchronization, and standardization of logistics practices by creating an environment that will allow the free exchange of best practices from a hands-on approach through live systems review.
Logistic Readiness Boot camps increase system knowledge and understanding in order to solve systematic, reoccurring, specific issues and increase overall logistical readiness. They learn the different online systems that control different aspects of logistics and supply for their unit.
