Montana State Chaplain Maj. Brian Daum wishes the Army Chaplain Corps a happy 246th birthday. Continental Congress created the Chaplain Corps on July 29, 1775. Since its establishment, 25,000 Army chaplains have served more than 25 million service members and their families.
