U.S. Army Soldiers from 1st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Aviation Regiment, 1st Combat Aviation Brigade flew in an AH-64 Apache helicopter for the first time during incentive flights at Illesheim Army Airfield, Germany, July 22, 2021. The selected Soldiers were chosen for the flights as recognition for their hard work in maintaining the helicopters. The 1st CAB is deployed to Europe in support of Atlantic Resolve.
