Fuels Distribution Airmen with the 137th Special Operations Logistics Readiness Squadron recently completed Task Qualifying Training (TQT) at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base.
Senior Airman Jesse James explains how fuels distribution Airmen operate in MOPP-4 protective gear during TQT to simulate real-world environments where they might need to refuel an aircraft in harsh conditions. The Airmen used an R-11 Refueler which is a mobile refueling unit that holds 6,000 gallons of fuel and can refuel at a rate of 600 gallons per minute.
