Sgt. Monique Dingle, allied trade specialist within the 104th Maintenance Company, District of Columbia National Guard, also serves as a master fitness trainer. Duties include training, evaluation and equipment requirements during the implementation period of the new Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), the force’s test of record Oct. 1, 2020, despite COVID-19 delays. The new test is a six-event gender and age neutral test to better predict a Soldier’s readiness on the battlefield.
