Ohio Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. John C. Harris Jr. and Assistant Ohio Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. James R. Camp, give remarks to deploying troops of the 179th Airlift Wing before they depart for an Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployment to the Middle East in support of Operation Spartan Shield.
