    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District

    City of Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach City Public Schools and the Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers met in early November last year for a project kick-off ceremony near Princess Anne High School, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The triad celebrated the official start of the submerged aquatic vegetation portion of the Lynnhaven River Basin Ecosystem Restoration Project.
