Command Sgt. Maj. Gerardo Gonzalez assumed responsibility for U.S. Army Garrison Fort Bliss in a ceremony at Fort Bliss, Texas, Feb. 10. Gonzalez, an El Paso, Texas, native, succeeded Command Sgt. Maj. James Brasher, who had been the garrison CSM since 2019.
