U.S. Navy medical providers assigned to Urban Augmentation Medical Task Force 531 provide support at St. Luke’s Health Memorial Hospital assisting with the care of COVID-19 patients during relief efforts in Lufkin, Texas Jan. 29, 2021. These medical professionals will continue to learn hospital operations and augment and support the regular staff of St. Luke’s Memorial Hospital. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the whole-of-government COVID-19 response.
