Robert Suter, the Joint Force Land Component Commander All-Hazards Surgeon, U.S. Army North, tour LAC + USC Medical Center in Los Angeles, Calif., Jan. 13, 2021, Riverside University Health System in Moreno Valley, Calif., and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, Colton, Calif., on Jan. 14, 2021. U.S. Air Force nurses, supported by Task Force 51, have integrated into eight civilian hospitals across the state to provide support during a surge of COVID-19 cases. Task Force Center assumed the responsibility from Task Force 51 of supporting these military medical personnel on Jan. 16, 2021.
