Sgt. Stephanie Fahl speaks about her experiences following her graduation from Drill Instructor School at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego on Dec. 16, 2020. Sgt. Fahl is among the first females to graduate from the Drill Instructor School at MCRD San Diego and is also a Selected Marine Corps Reservist. The first integrated company of male and female recruits at MCRD San Diego will begin their journey to earn the title of Marine in February of 2021. (U.S. Marine Corps video by LCpl. Ryan Schmid)
